Eagle's Nest at Lake Pomme de Terre is in the process of developing its Master Planning Model and platting acreage for a Log Home Community at Lake Pomme de Terre. This development is in the planning stages--nothing is in concrete yet--and it is being planned with your needs in mind. We plan to offer log home packages as Authorized Dealers for Appalachian Log Homes (www.alhloghomes.com) of Knoxville, TN. We have constructed four of their structures at our location--3 as cabins in our resort and our Model Home. You are welcome to visit our Model Home Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.--or at other times by appointment.

The Community will have restrictive covenants--which are now being developed--and will have a Homeowner's Association when 85% of the lots are sold. If you are interested in this new, Log Home Community development at Lake Pomme de Terre, please answer the following questionnaire and submit it to us. We are very interested in comments you may have--or items you would like to see in the restrictive covenants if you would choose this as your community.
